MOLPMI uses transparent, human-controlled AI for formative learning and research support. It does not grade students or make admission, progression, certification or other consequential educational decisions.

Participants are told when they interact with AI.
Researchers record the AI provider, exact model, prompts and relevant settings.
Human judgment remains responsible for teaching and research decisions.
Anonymous or pseudonymous research controls reduce re-identification risk.
Potentially high-risk and prohibited configurations trigger explicit warnings and publication blocks.

MOLPMI is designed to support readiness under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744. Final legal classification depends on the actual deployment and customer use; this is not a certification claim.
